fourGREEN: Urban Food Production System

fourGREEN is a Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) indoor agriculture (IA) hydroponic urban food production system from fourLINK. Designed for urban infill spaces, unused commercial spaces or light industrial areas, the system uses hydroponic and LED technology for growing a variety of fresh, organic vegetables under controlled conditions, for local sales.

The system integrate solar power, rainwater harvesting and can create biogas from organic waste, which can be sold.

Not only will fourGREEN create new local jobs in the local urban food production industry, it will also provide a low carbon footprint and local food security, independent of the ever changing global climate and water shortages.
